Our Makkah to Madinah bike ride will be an awesome cycling challenge and probably by far one of the best and spiritual fundraising events in the world, hopefully attracting hundreds of riders and raising thousands for worthy causes worldwide.

We’ll spend 3/4 days in the saddle, cycling around 309 miles (500 km) from one blessed city to the other.. Our journey begins in Makkah after performing ‘Umrah and cleansing ourselves spiritually before hitting the road to the blessed city of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

The days in the saddle may be long but the sense of achievement we’ll feel crossing the finish line and the euphoric atmosphere as we celebrate our achievements in this magnificent blessed city, the saddle soreness soon will wear off!

With a limited number of spaces available don’t miss out – register today!

We believe that we all have a responsibility to help fight climate change and as a charity and organisor, we are committed to offsetting as much of the carbon generated by our challenges as we possibly can. With this in mind, we will plant 1 tree for every open participant who takes part in the challenge.

Please note, this is a complex route and itinerary and subject to change.

Option C – Independent Sponsorship

Step 1 – The individual or business pays the non-refundable registration fee to us to join the challenge.

Step 2 – Choose a project or charity you wish to raise funds for

Option A – Minimum Sponsorship
This option means the challenge balance of your event cost is met by raising a minimum sponsorship for a charity of your choice. Most people sign up a year in advance when selecting this option, giving you time to prepare and organize your fundraising. This is not gospel, though – some sign up sooner, some later – it depends on how quickly you think you can fundraise the required amount.

Step 1 – To join the challenge, pay the non-refundable registration fee directly to us and commit to raising the minimum sponsorship shown on the challenge page.

Step 2 – Choose a charity you wish to raise funds for

Step 4 – Start fundraising

Step 5 – 80% of your minimum sponsorship must reach us no later than 12 weeks before departure.

Step 6 – If you have raised the required amount, the charity of your choice could pay the challenge balance

Step 7 – The remaining 20% of your minimum sponsorship should be sent to us no later than 6 weeks before the event.

Step 8 – Once all your funds have been raised successfully, we will transfer the funds over to your chosen charity if you are raising for a charity.
